Decorating a Christmas tree for Nexus Fostering at St. Mary’s Church Christmas Tree Festival
The Christmas Tree Festival at St. Mary’s Church is a much loved tradition that brings the community together to celebrate the festive season. This year, Nexus Fostering was proud to take part, decorating a tree that embodies the spirit of giving, care, and hope that lies at the heart of foster care.
Our tree was designed to showcase the love and dedication of our foster carers and the children they support. We chose to decorate our Christmas tree with quotes from our wonderful foster carers.
We created a tree that was not only beautiful but also meaningful. St Mary's Church Festival is running from Wednesday December 4th to Tuesday December 10th. We hope that visitors can walk through St. Mary’s Church, and feel a sense of the incredible work that happens within the fostering community. Our participation in this festival is a reminder of the power of kindness and the positive impact that fostering has on children and families alike.
We were honoured to be part of this wonderful event and to contribute to the festive cheer at St. Mary’s. May the light of our tree shine brightly, just as the support we provide to children and families does throughout the year.
