Cambridge team get dressed up in aid of fund raising for Pyjama Fairies

In March, Nexus Fostering wanted to give back and support Pyjama Fairies after a colleague recently had a personal experience with the Charity after her little boy was poorly. After receiving the handmade pyjamas and the joy they brought to her son, we wanted the team to get together and raise some funds as a thank you for their fantastic work.

Nexus Fostering hosted a fairy and pyjama-themed event in their local office in Cambridge and created a fairy-inspired themed room with colourful decorations. The team raised £200 and invited Pyjama Fairy Sue along to join the event. We were thrilled to present the cheque and have her enjoy the event with us.

We received some heartwarming feedback from Sue on behalf of Pyjama Fairies.

'I would like to thank you and your team for all the effort you put in yesterday. To be honest, I was overwhelmed when I saw you all. On behalf of Pyjama Fairies, thank you and Vanessa for organising the donation. It will be used to provide support to our Fairies when helping poorly children sparkle when undergoing hospital procedures.'
