Bridget's 10th anniversary with Nexus Fostering

Big congratulations to Bridget Fletcher (Senior Administrator based in the Gloucestershire office) on her 10 year anniversary with Nexus Fostering! 

Here is what Bridget had to say about her experience from the past decade:

"This week I celebrated my 10th work anniversary with Nexus Fostering. I thoroughly enjoy my job as a Senior Administrator working alongside my manager and a team of social workers. We all work together closely and support each other to be at our best.

During my 10 years I have met some amazing staff and foster carers from all walks of life. It is hard to believe that when I first started, our team was half the size and we were paper based. Paper filing seemed endless! Then along came the evolution of technology and it became so much easier to store and retrieve information. I have worked with the whole agency over the years who have always been supportive, helpful and friendly. In the last few years, administrators from different offices meet regularly to discuss and help each other so that our offices run in a similar and efficient way.

My job role has changed over the years and I have embraced the challenges and look forward to continuing my journey with Nexus."
